Well, as the post suggests, this post has something to do with the day-to-day activities in India.. The points am gonna pen down here are in no way related to politics or something, but things happening in our lives ( society as a whole).. Hope you people will be able to provide me with your opinion for the following statements ;) ...
1) Auto fare depends on the sex of the person... Females enjoy cheaper fares..
2) Auto fare is inversely proportional to the looks of the female hiring it..
3) Bachelors are considered the worst, irresponsible and the most insincere part of the society.
4) Spinsters (even though, the mischievous of the lot) are considered the most innocent and responsible part of the society.
5) House owners who are willing to give the hand of their daughters to bachelors are unwilling to lend the keys of their house to bachelors..
6) There exists an income tax slab in the tax structure.. But still people demand to be entitled to special benefits based on the income..
7) One reason as to why India hasn't attained the status of 'developed nation'.. There always exists a group of people who have no other work other than to find fault with other's plans.. The best and perfect example for Newton's third law..
8) An indicator to know whether you are famous in the society is "A minimum of 4 persons must have spoken bad about you"... If not, you are still un-noticed in the society..
9) SMS-ing person of opposite sex often is considered "okay".. But giving a call is considered "bad".. Aren't both a means of communication ?!..
10) Tata Nano Car which was mainly designed for economic backword classes in rural area, was first delivered to a person living in a metro city.
11) It doesn't matter whether you are really doing things.. You should atleast speak that you did so.. Words have more power than actions contradicting the universally accepted fact "actions are more powerful than words"
12) India can save a lot of money by abolishing two things.. Stop painting lane markers on roads and stop erecting traffic lights.. Who is following them anyway ?!... Indians are very well the best followers of traffic rules !!!... (to be taken in the other sense)..
13) People prefer their salary to be doubled, but hate a 10% increase in commodities/services.. The major reason for the increasing economic gap in India..
These are the points that flash my mind rite now.. Will keep adding additional thoughts in the comments section as and when it strikes me..
