Trade - One of its kind...

Trade - one such movie which leaves a brutal mark on you even after days...This movie is all about human trafficking, the dreadful things done against girls and children blackmailing and forcing them to indulge in pornographic films..

If you are looking for some high adrenaline action, mind boggling fantasy or eerie stillness, this movie for sure is not your cup of tea. Rather, this movie is all about truth - the real happenings in the world.. This movie has beautifully showcased the love between a brother and his sister...The plight of women, whose dreams stand shattered by amorous money-minded sharks leaves a stinging mark which would lurk human hearts for days to come..

Looking towards the day for the extinction of these "amorous money-minded sharks" whose sexual desires claim the lives of innocent women and children... Extinction, merely doesn't limit to the extinction of these vicious forms of human life, but also to nullify the demand for such films.. I know it doesn't work this way, but lets take a first step to cut down this tortuous trafficking measure...

Weird,isn't it ?!?!

It was a beautiful evening during Fall, in the distant woods, my eyes caught sight of her pretty face.. With a light smile on my lips, I stood there listening to her speak, though I knew most of them were lies !!.. Those moments were the sweet moments of my life.. I find a strong attractive force pulling me towards her !!.. In those four days I spent with her, she changed me totally....

Hold on, wait !!!.. Neither was I trying to narrate my personal love experience nor write down a short story.. For those (people who love hearing tamil songs) who aren't familiar with the above lines, give it another quick read and then proceed ahead with the rest of the post..

Still not able to figure ?!?!.. I had just written a few lines of the famous tamil song "Oru maalai ila veyil neram.." from the movie Ghajini... So for those readers who have started to think "Is this guy that jobless to  translate a Tamil song into English ?!?!".. The answer is an obvious "NO!!!"..Well, this does signify something important.. I am sure most of you wouldn't have enjoyed/liked reading the story above when compared to listening to the song.. So what do we get out of this ?!.. Your point can be said in two different ways, one is in a bitter way and the other in a polished happy-go-lucky way..

For example,in situations where I would have said "No !!" to someone.. Others would have said "Yes !!", but end up not doing it, putting the blame on their "forgetfulness", though it was very much intentional.. And I get to be potrayed as the bad one here.. The lesson I learned from this experience, No is equivalent to Yes with an intentional memory loss.. I have had hundreds of other experiences where I get to be the that "bad guy" just for being open in my views.. Its high time, I start to learn this new lesson because there's always this saying "Be a Roman in Rome!!" ...

Men & Women

Bored, yet again.. Finding it hard to get some sleep,I start going through these complex mesh of webpages hoping to find something that would make me kill sometime. And here I end up catching sight of something which brought some smile..

Going through www.thinkexist.com, my eye captured the topic "Men and Women".. Let me share some of the quotes which I found to be little funny..

“They keep saying the right person will come along, I think mine got hit by a truck.”

“According to a recent survey, men say the first thing they notice about a woman is their eyes, and women say the first thing they notice about men is they're a bunch of liars”

“Women have a wonderful instinct about things. They can discover everything except the obvious.”

“Women always worry about the things that men forget; men always worry about the things women remember”

“When a man opens a car door for his wife, it's either a new car or a new wife.”

“An archaeologist is the best husband a woman can have. The older she gets the more interested he is in her.”

“The man who can smile when things go wrong has thought of someone else he can blame it on.”

“A foolish man tells a woman to stop talking, but a wise man tells her that her mouth is extremely beautiful when her lips are closed”

Finally, my favourite of all

“When a man gets up to speak, people listen, then look. When a woman gets up, people look; then, if they like what they see, they listen.”

Vrrroooooommm... there goes another 10 days....

I was given the previlege to enjoy the last week of 2009 at Coimbatore, courtesy to the  "gotta-end soon" recession.. Yes, yet another cost cutting measure, but its kinda good in a way though to have a welcome break :) Atleast, I got sometime to put forth my resolutions.. Uh oh,hang on,ooops, actually I am searching for that list now ;) ...Okay let me stop trying to be tooo funny and write down what I actually intended to..

The past 10 days had been a really good time, making me enjoy, mourn, think and rejuvenate myself. Though the holiday started off with a bad note, because I had actually gotta attend a condolence service.. Well, that's actually a bad start, but yeah its something which you gotta be a part of to help the concerned people overcome the loss..

And yeah, the most wonderful thing I did was "driving".. Never did a day in these 10 days pass-by without me getting a chance to drive.. How lucky am I ?!?!.. hmph... If you guys could check up the picture on top left side of this webpage in the "About me" section, it was clicked during one of the hyper-excited moments...The other stuff done in these 10 days include reading novels, watching movies, staring at the new fish tank setup at home (this gotta be childish, but it was some kinda fun), sleeping (everyone's gotta love this anyway), eating at leiden (the famous burger joint known to PSG Techians),shopping, blah, blah, blah n still more blah....

Then came the time for New Year's eve which was spent quietly at home eating a scoop of ice-cream from Baskin Robbin's and Oceans 11 movie playing in my laptop to kill some time before the clock struck 12... It was the first day of the new year "2010" and I had some personal work to catch up with.. In the evening, some of friends had been in town to attend the "Young Alumni Meet (YAM)" to be held in my college on the subsequent days..

The guys who had been here, had booked tickets for the hindi flick "3 idoits"... Without knowing hindi, I decided to watch this movie.. Though I had understood the storyline of the movie, I often found myself among a sea of people who were laughing at certain dialogues, those for which I had the least idea of what it actually meant.. I often ended up laughing along with the people, mostly thinking about the "dilemma" I was in giving a thought as to whether I should "be a Roman in Rome" (meaning, whether I had to fake my laugh as though I had understood the dialogues).. But yeah, it was some kinda fun though, being in a theatre and watching a movie in a language over which you have a very little command.

The other two days (Jan 2nd and 3rd, 2010) was spent with the friends who had come for YAM, playing Table Tennis, going out for dinner, staying awake in hostel and never to forget the fool-play which my classmates did on the nite of Jan 2nd which makes me roll on the floor laughing, everytime I end up thinking about it... It was time, I had to depart Coimbatore, biding adieu to the "really short" 10 days..

It was a comfortable journey, with myself getting luckier to get a ticket to a seat with the emergency exit nearby.. As a fringe benefit, I get to enjoy almost two and a half times the normal leg space, now thats something I definitely gotta be happy for, so "yaaaayyyyy".. The next morning I wake up hearing the words "Banni re Banni" (meaning, "Quick, quick" in Kannada).. These words reminded am back again to Banglore, into a new state, back again to a lifestyle to drop my Vitamin-D production levels.... Signing offf for now people.... Hope ya liked enjoying this post as much as I did in these 10 days... Ciao!!!!...
